These Terms govern your use of the Troven mobile application and related websites (together, "Troven"). By creating an account or using Troven you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Troven helps you discover movies and TV series, build a library, chat with friends, and run group watch sessions. Features may change over time. Movie metadata and images are provided by TMDb; Troven is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.
You agree not to:
Messages, usernames, and other content you submit ("User Content") remain yours, but you grant Troven a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service (e.g. deliver chats to recipients). You can report or block users in-app.
Troven may show ads and offer in-app purchases or rewards subject to store rules. Virtual quotas or rewards have no cash value and may be adjusted. Purchases are handled by Apple / Google and subject to their terms.
Troven branding, software, and non-user content are owned by Troven Lab or licensors. TMDb content is subject to TMDb terms. You may not copy or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.
Troven is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect recommendations, or that third-party titles remain available on streaming platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Troven Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from user content or third-party services (Firebase, TMDb, AdMob, app stores).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the community. You may stop using Troven and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
